Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds typically take 2 to 4 weeks to be returned to the original payment method.
Guest Identification:
Identity Verification: As per applicable legislation, the accommodation provider has the right to request a valid identity document. Guests are required to present this document when asked.
Guest Registration:

Unregistered or extra guests will be charged 100 EUR per person, per day, which must be paid in cash at the property. Late Check-Out Fee: A charge of 150 EUR per day will be applied for check-outs after 10:00 AM unless prior written approval is granted by Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft.

Pet Approval and Fees: Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Fees may vary, with a minimum charge of 25 EUR and a minimum damage deposit of 100 EUR per dog. Guests must notify the property of pets at least 120 hours before check-in.
